1. No Returns on Food Products

Due to the nature of our products (homemade pickles, snacks, etc.), we do not accept returns. Once the product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during transit or delivery.
  • Incorrect Products: If the wrong product was shipped to you.

To claim a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
  • A brief description of the issue.

3. Process for Refunds

  • Upon receiving your refund request, our team will verify the issue and process your claim within 2–3 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for products. However, if the product you received is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it in 7-10 working days or issue a refund as per the guidelines above.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or incorrect products.
  • If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will not be included in the refund amount.
