Overnight Apple Oats

Ingredients (1 serving)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk (or almond/soy/oat milk)
- 2–3 tsp yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ apple (chopped into small cubes)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
- Nuts or raisins for topping
Preparation
- Combine oats and liquid
- In a glass jar or bowl, add rolled oats and milk.
- Mix in yogurt (if using) for extra creaminess.
- Add flavor & sweetness
- Stir in honey/maple syrup and cinnamon powder.
- Mix well so the oats soak evenly.
- Add apple & extras
- Mix in half of the chopped apple cubes.
- Add chia/flax seeds if you want extra nutrition.
- Refrigerate overnight
- Cover the jar and place it in the fridge for at least 6–8 hours.
- Serve & enjoy
- In the morning, stir well.
- Top with the remaining apple cubes, nuts, or raisins before eating
